  Do you live or work in Lambeth, Southwark or West London (specific objective 2 areas - please check for eligibility), 'Innovation for Success' is a workforce development programme to support black and minority ethnic employees and sole traders in the creative and media industries to tackle barriers to growth and competitiveness. Innovations for Success will integrate higher level technical skills training with management and diversity in leadership training and professional mentoring. The programme will teach business support and planning, work management, and technical training in HDTV and web technologies. It is accredited at level 3.   Connections has a team of mentors that can work on one to one personal development programmes with individuals. This can be on self development, identifying training needs, and working with freelancers who specialise in your chosen subject.
